Today’s Verizon HTC One M7 update comes in the form of a 386.4 MB incremental OTA to firmware revision 5.28.605.2. In addition to bumping up the Android version to 4.4.3, it also is said to bring improved battery life with the new Extreme Power Saver (EPS) mode, as well as mobile hotspot connectivity. In addition, various other fixes have been implemented such as a fix for some Pandora streaming issues, a patch for an unnamed root exploit, MMS functionality when data is disabled, improved keyboard compatibility, and improved LED performance.
