Meizu has announced a press event by the name of ‘Connected’ for January 28th. It is speculated that the company may announce the mini version of the Meizu M1 Note (Blue Charm), the device that the company launched at December’s end. This announcement comes hot at the heels of different smartphone being launched in China by Xiaomi and Oppo. With the competitors being busy showing off their latest products, Meizu wouldn’t be that far behind, now we do have the date of the event, but no confirmation about which product it is. Maybe like Xiaomi, people speculated that the company would launch Mi5 but they launched something else. We will get some more information about this in the days ahead.
If the speculations are something to go by, then the promotional posters also support this. The two of the posters give a very colorful and funky vibe and the M1 Note is a colorful series, and the mini would also follow the same color patterns. The reported Meizu M1Note Mini will sport a 5-inch display with a 720 x 1280 resolution. The device will support an LTE connectivity and will be powered by a 64-bit processor by MediaTek. The smartphone will be priced around $100 and will run on Flyme OS which is Meizu’’s take on Android.
The details that we have are still sketchy but we will get to know more about the launch and the device in the upcoming days. Meizu apart from a smartphone may announce some smart home devices and maybe a wearable too.
Best regards...
